Hamilton police say four vehicles may be linked to brazen shooting of reputed mobster

Hamilton police say as many as four vehicles are suspected of being used to stalk reputed mobster Angelo Musitano in the days leading up to his murder.

Last may, Musitano was found suffering from gunshot wounds inside a bullet-riddled vehicle in Waterdown and Detective Sergeant Peter Thom says they’re searching for more vehicles involved.

“Now with it being the black Honda Civic and the Infinity thrown in there, that may jogs someone’s memory,” stated Thom. “I do appreciate, we’re going back nearly eight months now. For us, it’s worth a step investigatively to put this out.”

Police have zeroed in on the black Honda as the possibly gettaway car of the alleged killer and Thom says anyone in the GTHA with that kind of car can expect a visit from police.

“We do have a partial plate that’s going to assist in that,” said Thom. “We’re going to have a narrow net to start with in the Hamilton, GTH area and then we’re going to expand outwards after that.”

Officers are still looking for a motive and say they have not received much co-operation from the family.
