Suspect wanted for using a stolen bank card in Pickering


Durham police are looking for a suspect they say was fraudulently using a bank card at two stores in Pickering.

It happened September 11 between 4 p.m. and 4:05 p.m. at the Dollarama at 1899 Brock Road and the Petro Canada at 1800 Brock Road.

It’s alleged he purchased several items at each location using a stolen debit card before fleeing the area.

He suspect is described as: male, Brown, approximately 20-25 years-old, with a medium build, and dark hair.

He was wearing a black baseball cap with a Nike symbol, and all black clothing.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Det. McConnell of the West Division Criminal Investigations Branch at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 2535.
