Oshawa is gearing up to host the 2010 Ontario Senior Games, which will take place from August 10th to the 12th.  Leading up to the event, the city will be throwing a 100 day kickoff celebration on the afternoon of April 26th at the Donevan Recreation Complex.  Mayor John Gray says there will be plenty of activities for everyone.  The 2-day event will feature Ontario residents aged 55 years and up, competing in 18 different events.  In total, nearly 1,200 participants are expected.
