ER wait times in Ontario are slowly going down

It seems Ontarians are spending less time in emergency rooms. That according to newly released figures that show ER wait times have decreased by 1.2 hours over the last four years. Vice-President of Acute Care Services at Rouge Valley Health, Cheryl Williams, says the Ajax-Pickering Hospital has seen even greater improvement. The Provincial Government is building on the success, and has given 74 different ER’s over 93 million dollars to further reduce the amount of time patients spend waiting.
