Razor blade found in halloween bag

A reminder from police to parents and caregivers to double check your child’s Halloween loot, this after a razor blade was found in the bag of a trick-or-treater in London, Ontario. According to authorities, the double sided blade was wrapped in wax paper and dropped into the candy bag at some point throughout the night. No one was injured.
