York Police looking for vehicle in fatal hit and run in Richmond Hill

York Regional Police say a man’s body was found on Yonge Street in Richmond Hill and they’re now calling it a hit and run. They were called to the scene around 3:30 Thursday morning. Officials say it’s still early in the investigation but know they’re looking for a silver Mercedes SUV with front end damage. Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Police aren’t releasing any further information on the victim.
