Gas prices expected to go up by 1.8 cents a litre overnight

Motorists will be feeling the impact of ‘Superstorm Sandy’ not only on the roads, but also at the pumps. According to TomorrowsGasPriceToday.com, gas prices will be going up by 1.8 cents a litre overnight. Gas guru Dan McTeague says light trading on the markets Monday helped trigger the increase, as fears surfaced about long-term problems in the northeastern U.S. following the storm. The average price in the GTA will jump to 121.2 cents a litre.
