18 year-old Oshawa man in hospital after car-surfing incident

An 18 year-old Oshawa man was airlifted to a Toronto hospital after suffering serious head injuries car-surfing over the weekend. Durham Police say the victim was riding his skateboard, while being towed by a car in the area of Cedar and Stone Street in Oshawa. He lost control and was thrown onto the road, hitting his head on the pavement. He is in critical condition. No word on charges.
