Superstorm ‘Sandy’, claims the life of a woman in Toronto

Police say the woman was killed by a falling sign Monday night, in the Keele and St. Clair area. Officials say at the time of the incident, the wind was gusting at about 65 kilometres per hour. The woman’s name has not yet been released.
