Suspicious death in Toronto, now a homicide investigation

Toronto Police have identified the city’s 46th murder victim of the year.  Officials say 59 year old Rita Adams, was found just after noon on Monday, at a home on Maynard Avenue in the King and Jameson area.  Police say she died of multiple stab wounds, and they believe she knew her attacker.  No suspect information has yet been released.  Anyone with information is urged to call police at 416-808-7400 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
