Brampton truck driver cleared in large cocaine bust

A 39 year-old truck driver from Brampton has been found not guilty in one of the largest cocaine busts ever at the Ambassador Bridge. Kulpeep Singh Dharni was charged with importing 100 kilograms of cocaine in August of 2009, but testified that he didn’t know anything about the drugs in the trailer of the transport. The judge ruled that the wrong person was charged.
