Students encouraged to boycott fast food in November

It’s long been the punch line of jokes – cafeteria food in schools, but now a student leaders group is calling for students to “Stick it to fast food” and boycott cafeteria food and fast food restaurants around the schools. The campaign will run through November and Ontario Student Trustees Association President Hirad Zafari says the hope is to bring awareness to the situation and help students make better food choices and officials offer better food.
