Armed robbery in the city of Vaughan

York Regional Police are searching for two suspects involved in a convenience store robbery in Vaughan.  According to authorities, around 9 p.m., October 24th, two men entered Vicky’s Convenience store on Maycroft Avenue.  One of the suspects was armed with a handgun and demanded cash from an employee.  They both fled on foot with cash.  Suspect #1 is described as black, 6’ tall, thin build and wearing dark coloured clothing with a baseball hat.  Suspect #2 was black, 5’11, heavy build wearing dark clothing with a black ski mask covering the face.  Anyone with information is asked to call Police at 1-866-876-5423, ext. 6630, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
