Three arrested following knife-point mugging in Pickering

Durham Police have arrested three people following a knife-point robbery in Pickering.  Officials say at about 7:30 Wednesday night, three young people were accosted and robbed in the area of Glenanna Road and Storrington.  The victims made note of the suspect vehicle’s licence plate and officers later arrested 19 year old Mansoor Imani from Pickering along with 23 year old Masood Hejran and 18 year old Rafi Alakoozai, both from Toronto.  They’re all facing several charges.  Anyone with information is urged to call police at 905-579-1520, ext. 2541 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
