Lance Armstrong has been stripped of his seven Tour de France titles. Cycling’s governing body, UCI, made the announcement Monday morning and has agreed to strip the titles and ban him from cycling for life. He has been accused of leading a massive doping program on his teams. There will be no winner for the Tour de France between 1999-2005.
