York Police investigate after man was killed while lying on a Richmond Hill road

York Police trying to figure out why a man was lying on the road before he was killed. It happened early Sundayon Stouffville Road between Bayview and Yonge in Richmond Hill. Police say the man was runover by a cube van. The driver didn’t realize he’d hit a person and stopped on his return trip. Anyone with information is asked to contact authorities. The victim has been identified as 25 year-old Artem Tchourkach.
