Victim of a Vaughan assault succumbs to his injuries

  The victim of an assault in Vaughan earlier this week, has now died. York Regional Police say early Tuesday morning, they were called to a home on Michelle Drive in the Highway 7 and Weston Road area and found the 59 year old victim.  A 29 year old man was arrested at the scene, and is due in court Friday, where he’s expected to be formally charged with second degree murder.  No names have been released.
