Weekend road closures

Attention all motorists.  There will be a full closure of Highway 401 eastbound collectors from Avenue Road to Bayview Avenue starting 11 p.m. Sunday until 5:30 a.m. Monday.  The closure is for construction, and motorists are advised to plan alternate routes.

Meanwhile, Highway 401 westbound express lanes will be reduced to one lane from Islington Avenue to Kipling Avenue, from 10 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday.

Also closed due to construction, is the off-ramp from Highway 427 southbound to the Queensway eastbound and westbound, from 10 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday. The onramp to Highway 427 southbound at Dundas Street eastbound will be closed as a result.
