Charges laid after Oshawa bar assault

A 20 year old Oshawa man is facing assault charges after an incident outside a bar October 5th. According to Durham Police, a 27 year old male was found lying on the pavement outside the establishment on John Street around 2:00 am. He suffered serious life-threatening injuries. Surveillance video helped officers make an arrest. Cody Cassin has been charged and anyone with information is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers.
