Toronto Councillor charged with impaired driving

Toronto Councillor Ana Bailao has been charged with impaired driving. In a statement released Tuesday, Bailao says the charge is in relation to an incident on Monday. According to reports, the councillor is also charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in one hundred millilitres of blood. The 36 year-old Bailao represents the riding of Davenport.
