Province to host consultations on home inspections

Increasing consumer protection is the push behind a series of provincial consultations this fall on home inspections. The provincial government is heading the roundtable and Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Alrek Meipoom says their home inspectors are registered and it just makes sense, adding they look forward to the meetings. The province would also like to see a minimum standard of training and improve consistency in home inspections across Ontario.
