The Canadian Food Inspection Agency issues recall for bagged lettuce

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall about Fresh Brand Hearts of Romaine salad. The CFIA says it may be contaminated with salmonella bacteria. The American-made salad is sold in 510 gram packages with a best before date of October 11th. There are no reported illnesses associated with the product. More information can be found here.
