Federal inspectors to go through XL Foods

A detailed assessment is expected to begin Tuesday at an Alberta meat processing plant. The federal inspection comes after XL Foods submitted a written request to have its license reinstated. 11 people in four provinces have become ill as a result of E-coli in beef products.
