OPP continue to investigate fatal crash on the 407

The woman killed in a head-on collision on the 407 near the 403 has been identified. OPP say 47 year old Carol Grimmond was killed while her twin brother, who was driving, was not seriously hurt. A 55 year old woman is facing a number of charges including impaired driving causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death. Officials say the crash happened around 9 pm Saturday when a car was travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes.
