22 year-old man charged in voyeurism investigation at Sheppard subway station

Toronto Police have laid voyeurism and assault charges against a 22 year-old man. Officials say the suspect was allegedly using a camera hidden in a newspaper to take video up women’s skirts on the escalator at Sheppard subway station. Police say a witness made a citizen’s arrest in the case with the help of a second individual and transit security. Jonghun Shin faces a total of four charges.
