Canadian Association of Zoos and Aquariums inspection puts to bed recent controversy

Posted by news | Filed under All News Stories, GTA

Inspectors were sent in, in August, after several former Marineland employees claimed poor water quality was risking the health of animals.  Officials say they found the water quality was very good, the health of the animals looked fine and it was clear there was adequate veterinary and other staff to care for the animals.  However, Marinelad has been advised to bring in an outside party after problems were found with the maintenance of the water management system.
