Toronto man accused of bankruptcy fraud

A Toronto man is facing fraud charges, after he allegedly abused the bankruptcy process. The Integrated Crime Unit has charged 39 year old Nageswaran Ratnam with one count of fraud over $5,000, for failure to answer fully and truthfully at examination. The Integrated Crime Unit is made up of members of the RSMP and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
