Attack in downtown Oshawa leads to charges

An attack in downtown Oshawa has resulted in charges against two people.  Durham Police say at about 10:00 pm on Wednesday, a man was beaten, hit over the head with a bottle and robbed in the King and Simcoe area.  Police have charged 22 year old Kyle Kimmerly and 23 year old Anthony Murray, both from Oshawa with robbery and assault.  Anyone with information is urged to call police at 905-579-1520, ext. 2737 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
