The Durham District School Board is applauding consistency in the latest EQAO testing. Superintendent of Program Services, Luigia Ayotte says gains were made in all six elementary categories, while great strides were made in Grade 9 applied math. Reading and writing at the primary and junior level continue to improve for students as well. With the exception of primary writing, both categories scored at, or above provincial averages. Ayotte says the results prove the right programs are in place. Complete testing results can be found by clicking here.
