Durham College receives $25,000 grant for research on social services

Durham College is celebrating to the tune of $25,000 – that’s the value of a new grant they’ve received from the Social Science and Humanities Research Council. Director of Research Services, Debbie Demczyk says the research will focus on measuring the impact of social services on the community. An event will be held this fall with members of both Durham College and the Regional Municipality of Durham in order to develop a research agenda.
