There’s still hope for a deal between the CAW and Big 3 automakers

Posted by news | Filed under All News Stories, Business, Durham

Hopefully there’s some light at the end of the tunnel in regards to contract talks between the CAW and the Big 3 automakers. According to reports, the union is making progress with one of the companies, although it’s not being said which one. The union is threatening to walk off the job Monday at midnight, but does say their deadline can be extended, based on whether or not progress continues to be made in negotiations.
