A suspect remains on the loose following a fatal gas and dash incident at a station in Toronto.  Police say at about 9:00 Saturday night, a gas station employee was hit and dragged by an SUV, after the driver filled up with more than $100.00 in gas and tried to flee.  The victim died at hospital.  The incident happened at the Shell station at Marlee and Roselawn in the Eglinton and Allen Road area.  The victim has been identified as 44 year old Jayesh Prajapati.  The suspect has been identified as 39 year old Max Tutiven.  He’s described as white with a dark complexion, 5’5″ and weighing between 220 and 230 pounds with dark hair.  He was driving a 2000 to 2003 silver or beige, four door Isuzu Rodeo, which may have had stolen plates on it.  Police also believe he may have fled to Montreal.  Authorities are urging Tutiven to turn himself in.  Anyone with information is urged to call police at 416-808-7400 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
