Investigation continues into the death of 49 year-old TTC worker

The investigation into the death of a TTC worker is continuing for the commission, police and Ministry of Labour. Officials say the worker who died, 49 year-old Peter Pavlovski was supervising a crew of seven north of the Yorkdale station, when he was hit by a southbound train. According to CEO Andy Byford, Pavlovski had been an employee for 22 years. A second man was also hit by the train, and he has been released from hospital.
