Police looking to speak with witnesses after fatal pedestrian accident in Mississauga

Police in Peel Region are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident in Mississauga.  Officials say at about 5:30 Wednesday afternoon, a 64 year old woman was hit by a pick-up truck at Brandongate Drive and Darcel Avenue.  The victim died later in hospital.  So far, no charges have been laid.  Anyone with information is urged to call police at 905-453-2121, ext. 3710 or Crime Stoppers at 10800-222-TIPS (8477).
