Two men arrested after firearm seizure in Brampton

Two men are facing a slew of charges, after Peel Police seized a Basque .22 calibre semi-automatic pistol, along with ammunition. Investigators say on Tuesday, officers made the discovery after searching a basement apartment on Peachleaf Crescent in Brampton. 23 year-old Kemando Welcome and 21 year-old Teshwana Van Horne have been taken into custody, and have been charged with numerous firearm-related offences.
