Man arrested on the roof of an Etobicoke apartment

There was a bit of a scare for residents in Etobicoke on Thursday morning. Toronto Police arrested a man, who was on the roof of a building in the Parklawn and Queensway area, with what appeared to be a rifle. The weapon turned out to be an air gun, and the accused claims he was trying to scare pigeons off the roof. Two nearby schools were put into hold and secure mode during the incident.
