Complaints regarding Canadian Border Service agents, on the rise

Some travellers aren’t happy with their dealings with the Canada Border Services Agency. Reports obtained by the Canadian Press show there were just over 1,100 complaints about agency employees during the first six months of last year. That works out to about six a day. The complaints include reports of rude behaviour by agents and lengthy interrogations.
