Power still out in Louisiana after Issac

Power crews from 24 states are in Louisiana, where they’re working to restore power after the state was drenched last week by Hurricane Isaac. Nearly 400-thousand homes and businesses in Louisiana are still in the dark. Isaac’s remnants have moved north, spinning off at least four tornadoes and dumping more than 100-millimetres of rain on Illinois.
