Posted by news | Filed under All News Stories, Durham, Healthcare

More than 40 communities in Ontario, including Oshawa, will be participating in this year’s “Give the Gift of Life Walk” for the Kidney Foundation in September.  Director Anthony Tirone says close to 1.5 million Ontarians have, or are at increased risk of developing kidney disease.  He says the money raised will go towards awareness of the disease.  This is the third year the event will be held in Durham region.  For more information, click here.
