Lance Armstrong to race in Aspen one day after being stripped of titles

Lance Armstrong is about to return to the public eye, one day after the U-S Anti-Doping Agency stripped him of his seven Tour de France titles for using performance-enhancing drugs. Armstrong is due to ride in a mountain bike race today in Aspen, Colorado. A spokesman for Armstrong says he still plans to speak in Montreal at the World Cancer Congress, which runs for four days starting Monday.
