The Ministry plans to give post-secondary education a facelift

Posted by news | Filed under All News Stories, Education

The Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities has begun an in-depth look at post secondary education and is inviting students and faculty to weigh in on the conversation.  Minister Glen Murray says it’s a fundamental rethink of our educational system.  He says injecting tax dollars into education is the best way to promote economic growth.  The province’s colleges and universities have been asked to submit mandate letters to the Ministry as to how their school is relevant within the new plan by September 30th.
