Toronto Police trying to identify victim in fatal collision

Toronto Police are looking to the public for help in identifying the victim in a fatal collision. Officials say Thursday afternoon, a man driving a motor-assisted gas-powered bicycle struck a car in the Rockcliffe and Alliance area. The man died shortly after the incident.
