Brampton man charged for abuse of bankruptcy process

A 56 year-old Brampton man has been charged after a bankruptcy fraud investigation by the RCMP. Officials say Khampanh Tsai faces three charges under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, including neglecting to answer truthfully at examination. Tsai will appear in court Friday.
