Potential buyers want a home that is move in ready

It appears many Ontarians would rather have a move-in-ready home, than a home that needs any renovations. A new survey by the Ontario Real Estate Association shows 24 per cent of people surveyed want a newly built home. President of the OREA Ron Abraham says the survey broke down what needs people have when looking to buy a home. Abraham says the top three factors people felt were important when buying a home were safety, perceived value and distance to amenities.
