Toronto Police arrest 27 year-old in connection to 2010 homicide

A 27 year-old man has been taken into custody in relation to a 2010 homicide case in Toronto. Police say Richard Robert Smith was arrested on Thursday, and charged with manslaughter in connection to the May 2010 death of 43 year-old Egbert Boothe in the northwest part of the city. In addition to manslaughter, Smith also faces robbery charges. The accused will appear in court Friday. Two other suspects haven’t yet been identified.
