Crane collapses in Etobicoke

Emergency crews were called to Etobicoke Monday afternoon, after a crane collapsed. Police say the incident happened just before 2:00 pm on Kipling, near Rexdale. Officials say the crane knocked down hydro lines, which landed on a TTC bus. No one on the bus was hurt and riders are crediting the driver, with keeping everyone safe. The crane operator suffered non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
