Impaired driver crashes into Toronto apartment building

Toronto police say a 35-year-old man is facing several charges, including impaired driving, after a car crashed into an apartment building. Police say it happened at St. Clair Avenue and Russell Hill Road early Saturday. No one was hurt but police say there is an estimated $60,000 worth of damage to the car and apartment building.
