Health Canada has announced a recall of Babylicious-brand crib fringes. It says they’re a strangulation hazard, although there have been no reports of childrenactually being strangled. The fringes attach to the top of crib railings. Health Canada recommends parents keep cribs free of pillows, plush toys, bumper pads and other items because they pose a strangulation risk.
