21 year old pedestrian killed in Beaverton

A 21 year old woman is dead following an accident in Beaverton.  Durham Police say the woman was hit by a car around 2:30 Sunday morning on Osborne Street.  She succumbed to her injuries at an Orillia hospital.  The victim has been identified as Tiffany McIsaac of Calgary, a Beaverton-native.  Police say they believe the victim may have been impaired at the time of the accident and was possibly distracted by an electronic device when she was hit.
