Building permit sales in Oshawa up in July

It was a good month for building permit sales in Oshawa. The city sold 139 permits in July, which was well above the same month last year. Total construction value also reached over $25-million, which was a significant monthly increase. Year-to-date sales are up as well, with 700 permits sold so far this year, 18 more than at this time in 2011.
